This is a time to allow the joy and wonder of this precious life to flow, to<br \/>be shared, inclusive of the path of healing.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>As your Funeral Celebrant, we will walk through various options.<br \/>A funeral is often considered a more traditional format for the beloved which<br \/>typically takes place soon after death either in a funeral home, church or other<br \/>venue. Planning can include rituals, special dedications, people sharing<br \/>memories and love&#8230; &#8230;all contributing to the healing process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Home funerals<\/strong> are also considered where the individual and their family have<br \/>embraced the idea of allowing and holding space for those who wish to<br \/>take precious time after the death for some reflection and solitude with the individual.<br \/>I am able to share how this can unfold should this be an option.<br \/>Too often the &#8216;after death&#8217; period can seem somewhat mechanical, rote and rushed.<br \/>This sacred time may also include tending rituals such as washing and caring for the<br \/>body in preparation for burial or cremation. Time with your loved one can also be taken<br \/>wherever the death has occurred..whether at a care facility, hospital or home&#8230;take a<br \/>breath, take some precious time &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>An End of Life Celebration is often looked upon as a more casual celebration without<br \/>the traditional formality.
